How Blue Lodges Participate

  • Provide notice. Include notice of the motion in the lodge notice for the applicable Stated Meeting.
  • Vote. Present and vote upon the motion in open lodge, granting the trustees authority to participate.
  • Notify and distribute. Following approval, the Lodge Secretary notifies the District Deputy Grand Master and provides the Grand View program materials to the trustees.
  • Submit the forms. Complete the Lodge Profile and Trustee Profile Forms and email them to Brittany Hoover.
  • Meet with Allegheny Investments. Meet by Zoom to review objectives, select an investment model and open the account or accounts.

How Appendant Bodies Participate

Consult the appendant body’s leadership to determine the approvals and procedures required to transfer or invest its assets. Once those requirements are identified, contact Allegheny Investments to complete the enrollment process.

Important to Know

  • The Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania and the Masonic Charities receive no fees or other consideration from an organization’s participation. In fact, Grand Lodge invests side-by-side its Blue Lodges to secure the favorable 0.45% advisory fee.
