Leja-Krepps Promoted to Executive Director of Masonic Village at Sewickley

Tracy Leja-Krepps was promoted to Executive Director for the Masonic Village at Sewickley, effective March 28, 2025.

Tracy is responsible for implementing the strategic plan for the Masonic Village at Sewickley and providing leadership to staff in service enhancement, quality improvement and regulatory compliance.

Tracy joined the Masonic Village at Sewickley in 2006 and most recently served as Assistant Executive Director. Previously, she served as Administrator for three Extendicare Health Services facilities and as the Administrator of Eldercrest Nursing Center.

Tracy received her bachelor’s degree in business administration and a 120-hour Nursing Home Administration Certificate, both from Robert Morris University. She is a volunteer with Casey’s Clubhouse, which provides the opportunity for children with special needs to play baseball, and the Clear Thoughts Foundation, dedicated to the discovery of breakthrough drugs and novel treatments to eliminate dementia.

Freedman Named Director for Masonic Temple, Library and Museum of Pennsylvania and Masonic Youth Foundation

Brother Rick S. Freedman has been named to a new dual role within the Masonic Charities, as Director of the Masonic Temple, Library and Museum in Philadelphia and Director of Scholarships and Programs for the Masonic Youth Foundation, headquartered in Elizabethtown.

Rick provides managerial support and direction for Masonic Library and Museum operations and assists with the development and execution of various projects, including dedications and exhibits. In addition, he oversees the gift shop and supervises employees.

Rick provides managerial support and direction for the Masonic Youth Foundation’s scholarship program, youth group programming in eastern Pennsylvania and summer camp programs in Elizabethtown. He assists with the development of materials to support the foundation and helps conduct its sponsored summer conferences and educational seminars.

Prior to joining the Masonic Charities, Rick served as Senior Director/Vice President of an accounts receivable management firm. He studied communications and theater at Temple University in Philadelphia.

A member of Williamson-Corinthian Lodge No. 368, Philadelphia, Rick serves as Senior Grand Deacon for the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania. He also serves on the Masonic Youth Foundation Board of Managers, as Chairman of the foundation’s Educational Endowment Scholarship Committee and in other volunteer leadership positions.
