Jones Promoted to Executive Director

Denise A. Jones was promoted to executive director of the Masonic Village at Lafayette Hill in March 2026. She is responsible for implementing the strategic plan for the campus and providing leadership to staff in service enhancement, quality improvement and regulatory compliance.

Mrs. Jones served as assistant executive director since 2024, in which role she provided leadership in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating all facets of the community, with specific responsibility for all healthcare operations, including nursing and personal care, home care and physician services.

Mrs. Jones came to Masonic Village in 2014 as a nursing supervisor and has served in various roles, including assessment coordinator and director of nursing.

She holds an associate degree in nursing from Bucks County Community College and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from William Patterson University in New Jersey. She completed a nursing home administrator program at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2024.
